    100% homemade

    We don’t teach you anything, but everything that customers decide to eat here is homemade, in joy and good humour.
    Mayo, rillettes, Paris-Brest… all that is us.

    Local and French

    If we are fighting to save our French gastronomic heritage, it is not to go and serve ourselves elsewhere.
    As much as possible, we get supplies around here, if not a little further, but without ever crossing the borders.

    Short-Circuit is the new supply, we can never repeat it enough.
    We deal directly with around fifty producers who all defend sustainable agriculture.
    It allows us to discover original products of raw products.
